Salary: As per organization rule
Negotiable Hours: 38 hours per week

Role overview

  • Contribute in strengthening Civil Society knowledge and engagement in agro – ecology interventions.
  • Provide technical inputs in strengthening demonstration sites and turmeric value chain adopting model of circular economy
  • Provide policy and programmatic inputs in promoting leadership role of women and person with disability in equitable benefit sharing of agro-ecological interventions

Skills, qualifications and experience

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Livelihoods/ Environment Studies,/ Forestry with at least 5 years of first hand experience in mentioned areas of work.
  • Previous knowledge and experience of promoting and implementing livelihoods and agroecological practices.
  • Experience and capacity to engage with local governments.
  • Experience of promoting value chain on agro based products and the preparation of business plan.
