Summary of Job Purpose:

This position will be responsible to support the development of several grants, and knowledge management papers in support of our large multi-sectoral nutrition portfolio. In coordination with the HKI Country Office, the consultant will provide technical support to review, draft and finalize several short papers highlighting the achievements of project activities, synthesizing key points of research completed through our programs, and developing additional funding calls.

Educational qualifications and experiences:

Minimum Master's degree in public health or nutrition from recognized college/university
Minimum 5 years of experience in Nutrition Programming; experience in Grant writing is a must
Must be a creative thinker and a problem solver who works well in team settings and can compile input from multiple sources into one coherent document
Ability to demonstrate a working relationship with the government and partners in the nutrition sector
Good understanding of the national nutrition program and health system
Proficient speaking and writing skills in English
