Job Title: Consultant Acquisition and Client Relationship Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Organization: ITSutra Inc.

Time: 7:15 pm to 4:15 am [5 days a week/onsite]

 Monthly Salary: NPR 50,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Relations and Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, skilled in customer interactions, and experienced in managing training logistics. The successful candidate will filter leads, coordinate training sessions, administer assessments, and handle customer inquiries with exceptional professionalism.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Leads Filtering:

  •  Assess and prioritize leads according to specified criteria, maintaining an organized tracking system for follow-up actions.
  •  Utilize CRM software to manage and update client data efficiently.

2. Coordinating Training Sessions:

  •  Organize and schedule training sessions, liaising with trainers and managing all logistical aspects to ensure successful implementation.
  •  Prepare and distribute training materials and communicate effectively with participants to ensure clarity and preparedness.

3. Taking Assessments:

  •  Conduct assessments for potential consultants.
  •  Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of assessment processes.

4. Handling Customer Inquiries:

  •  Act as the primary contact for customer queries, providing thorough and thoughtful responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
  •  Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and facilitating training sessions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

 Preferred Experience: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a track record of excellent service delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems and their application in customer service and lead management.
  • Previous experience in a customer service position, particularly within an IT staffing or services environment.
