Call for Consultancy

The EoI for consultancy service is called to conduct the Vulnerability and Capacity Assessments (VCA) in Rautahat, Bara and Sarlahi districts under SAHAYATRA project. The project aims at Strengthening Civil Society for Resilient and Inclusive Education Governance in Nepal. In partnership with Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) funded by European Union (EU), National Campaign for Education Nepal (NCE Nepal) is implementing the project in those districts.

NCE Nepal is a national network of 437 different organizations that includes I/NGOs, community organizations, Teachers, Journalists working in the field of education and child rights.  NCE Nepal Visions to facilitate, empower and improve of the lives of poor, marginalized and excluded children, youth and adult through research, policy advocacy, capacity building of stakeholders, solidarity building, resource mobilization, networking, education resource and information dissemination and act as a watch dog and pressure group.

NCE Nepal is implementing 'SAHAYATRA': Partnership Project in Rautahat, Bara and Sarlahi districts in partnership with EU/VSO. It is going to conduct Vulanarability and Capacity Assessment aiming to analyze the current capacity situation of local government authorities, civil societies and other stakeholders which includes; analysis of situation and functionality of existing structures and mechanisms, assess knowledge and perspectives of stakeholders and beneficiaries, assess the situation of meaningful participation of target groups and stakeholders, access governance and accountability of education at the school and district/local level. Thus, NCE Nepal hereby invites proposals / calls from interested qualified individuals who are well-experienced in conducting the Vulnerability and Capacity Assessments at those districts.

Therefore, Interested qualified and experienced individuals are requested to submit a comprehensive technical and financial proposal, including the cover letter, updated bio data, highlighting suitability of expertise for the assignment, PAN certificate along with other documents / information at email address [email protected] within January 30, 2022.
