Roles and responsibilities of this job
Objectives of conducting this assignment:
The overall objective of the training is to increase the capacity of PNGOs on Positive Deviance Hearth (PD-Hearth) knowledge and skills to facilitate training to Community local volunteer to conduct PD-Hearth sessions.
Scope of work:
The training will start in 1st week of March at Udayapur District.

Qualification and experience required:
The Resource Person is expected to have the following expertise, qualification and experience especially for PD-Hearth context.
Nature of the consultancy (Individual or Team): This consultancy is expected to be an individual with one Co-Facilitator
Field visits required: Frequent field visit in Day 2, Day 3 and Day 5 as per PD-Hearth training schedule.
Payment Modality: The agreed amount shall be disbursed in one instalment after receiving of training report.
