Consultant
The Consultant will design, develop and deliver "Disaster Risk Reduction and Crisis Management" to CS:MAP implementing partners in collaboration with the CS:MAP Capacity Building team. S/he will prepare and finalize the training content, schedule, and materials and; deliver the training. The training also aims to support partner CSOs to improve their capacity to support other CSOs and the government to plan and respond to DRR and pandemics at the national level. Upon completing the training, the Consultant needs to prepare a brief report and share it with the CS:MAP capacity building team as a knowledge document.
Assignments
This assignment's primary purpose is to develop and deliver two events three days "Disaster Risk Reduction and Crisis Management" to CS:MAP implementing partners virtually.

About the organization

FHI 360, an international NGO, requests applications from qualified individuals to work as Consultant/Trainer to develop and deliver training for its Civil Society and Mutual Accountability Project (CS:MAP). The training need to deliver between November 25, 2020- December 31, 2020.
Since 2016, CS: MAP's USAID-supported cooperative agreement has been working through national and subnational partnerships to "foster a more legitimate, accountable, and resilient Nepali civil society that is capable of advancing the public interest" (CS:MAP goal). This intervention aligns with USAID's Development Objective 1 – "more inclusive and effective governance" – through the strengthened engagement of CSO and media partners in the public sphere.
