Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed designs for construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering principles, regulations, and standards.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce blueprints and technical drawings.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical evaluations.
• Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor progress and performance of projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure the integrity and quality of construction projects.
• Conduct tests on materials and soil to ensure suitability and compliance with specifications.
• Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and approvals.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities and progress.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
