Location: Kathmandu (80% Field visit)

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed designs for construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering principles, regulations, and standards.
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce blueprints and technical drawings.
Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical evaluations.
Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Monitor progress and performance of projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Implement quality control procedures to ensure the integrity and quality of construction projects.
Conduct tests on materials and soil to ensure suitability and compliance with specifications.
Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and approvals.
Provide technical advice and guidance to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities and progress.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
