Job Description

  • Develop and create architectural designs in line with client requirements, aesthetic considerations, and functional needs.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise in construction materials, methods, and systems.
  • Collaborate with structural engineers and other specialists to integrate various design elements.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated project delivery.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
