Job Description

Develop and create architectural designs in line with client requirements, aesthetic considerations, and functional needs.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and obtaining necessary approvals.
Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
Provide technical expertise in construction materials, methods, and systems.
Collaborate with structural engineers and other specialists to integrate various design elements.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Oversee the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated project delivery.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
