This mid-level position requires a candidate who is knowledgeable in all aspects of computer hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, configure, and install computer hardware components such as motherboards, processors, memory, and hard drives
• Install and update software and drivers on computers and laptops
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on computers and laptops
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems
• Set up and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, and servers
• Configure and troubleshoot the firewall
• Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and in person
• Conduct regular backups and ensure data security
• Repair and maintain printers and other peripheral devices
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
