Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at earthier.app located in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and engaging with our partners, collaborators and customers to provide efficient and high-quality services. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute community-building strategies, create engaging content, and organize events and collaborations with influencers and partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in community management and social media management
• Strong understanding of sustainable fashion and ethical practices
• Ability to create engaging content and develop community-building strategies
• Experience in organizing events and collaborations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers, influencers, and partners
• Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting
