Raleigh International Nepal (RIN) has worked in Nepal since 2016 in agreement with the Nepal Government. RIN is executing a 3-year project ‘Inspiring Youth through Active Citizenship’ (INSAC) which started in February 2016. RIN is a youth driven sustainable development charity creating meaningful and long-lasting development impact. Our programmes focus on youth in civil society, livelihoods, natural resource management, and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH). Raleigh works in two districts, Gorkha and Makawanpur, in partnership with local NGOs.

Overall Purpose of the Role
The Communications Officer takes the lead to develop and institute a documentation and communication system, acting as a focal person for the development of external communications content and materials. This role is an excellent opportunity for further sharpening and diversifying the existing skills, competencies and experience in communications and knowledge management for sharing and learning across organisations.
