Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Communications Officer located in Kathmandu. The Communications Officer will be responsible for press releases, strategic communications, media relations, and writing. They will be involved in day-to-day communication tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication strategies are implemented.

Job Description

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and insights for sales pitch.
• Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
• Serve as a spokesperson for the company and represent Susankya Tech at events.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging communication technologies.
• Follow up with client regarding meeting, payments, training and others.
• Creative thinking and problem solving 
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree along with 1 year of professional experience in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
