Express Eats, a leading multi-brand cloud kitchen based in Kathmandu, Nepal, is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Communication Executive. Position: Communication Executive

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and internal communications.
  • Manage and grow Express Eat 'brands' presence on social media platforms. Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders. Coordinate and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure effective internal communication strategies, keeping team members informed and engaged. Facilitate communication channels for a cohesive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. Ensure alignment with Express Eats' values and objectives.
  • Respond promptly to customer messages and inquiries across social media platforms. Address concerns, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in communication, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
