Express Eats, a leading multi-brand cloud kitchen based in Kathmandu, Nepal, is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Communication Executive. Position: Communication Executive

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and internal communications.
Manage and grow Express Eat 'brands' presence on social media platforms. Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders. Coordinate and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure effective internal communication strategies, keeping team members informed and engaged. Facilitate communication channels for a cohesive work environment.
Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. Ensure alignment with Express Eats' values and objectives.
Respond promptly to customer messages and inquiries across social media platforms. Address concerns, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in communication, marketing, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
