Job Description

We are an interior textile export company looking for an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and spoken English and have strong communication skills. The ideal candidate also has trengths in communication, organization, time management, and efficient HRM skills and a team player. Experience with design software like sketchup, Photoshop, etc. are a plus. 

The typical day in office consists of general administrative work such as responding and following up with client emails, shipping logistics, any HR-related tasks as outlined in the corporate policy, social media posting and interaction, and other administrative or creative tasks as needed. 

The work is a full-time position.
