PS: Salary is negotiable and there is will be no bar for deserving candidates. The candidates will be on probation period will be 6 months

Receive a large amount of inbound calls, manage outbound calls and report to respective officers in a timely manner

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternative

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, on the telephone or via e-mail
Have to use our CRM system to record every day to day activity
