Job Description

  • Receive a large number of inbound calls, manage outbound calls and report to respective officers on time
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternative
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers as an when required
  • Keep records of all conversations in our CRM database in a comprehensive way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Deal with all inquiries professionally and courteously, on the telephone or via e-mail  
  • Have to use our CRM system to record every day to day activity
