About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Planning Manager to join our dynamic team at Perfect Blends (Nepal) Pvt. Ltd. This position plays a critical role in assisting the Sales Manager by covering a wide range of operational imperatives. Responsibilities include monthly sales target setting, field sales volume-driven incentive program setting, Retail Selling Price structure development, and monitoring Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Sub D Capital Expenses (CAPEX). Additionally, the incumbent will formulate a strong cycle planning process, maximize Field Sales effectiveness, and establish a framework to enhance JTI trade competitiveness.
