Job Description

Monitor the Optical network issues deployed in the different locations and forward the issue to the respective technician in that area.
Responsible for Daily Task Assigned in a group of different networks clubbed under that his/her POD station.
Responsible for mobilizing a team of Client Connection as well as Network under supervision of Regional Client End/Network Supervisors. (All Tickets need to be assigned by POD Cluster In-charge)
Should provide Logistic Report of all Inbound/Outbound Materials with details and maintain register side by side.
POD Cluster In-charge should maintain all attendance & Overtime reports of Client End/Networks employees of all assigned POD Locations under him/her.
Coordinate with Internal Smarten Supervisor as well as Cluster level of team from Customer to provide quality of work.
Coordination for issue resolution on defined SLA with various departments.
Lead, motivate, and train the team to reach set goals and objectives.
Establish and maintain good relationships with internal team partner in daily operation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
