Qualification & Competencies: 

Education Degrees: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management/ Public Health/ Basic Science/ Management from a  recognized college/university, or other relevant fields. 

Experience Years: 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Hospital Administrative experiences preferred) 

Requirement & Skills: 

  • Excellent written and spoken Nepali & English languages 
  • Nepali Typing skill is preferred, if not willing to learn
  • Understanding of company acts and disciplinary procedures 
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities 
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  •  Problem-solving and decision-making ability 
  • Strong ethics and reliability 

Flexible and multitask:

Job Description

Department/Location: Clinical Department/COMPANY Office 

Report to: DCEO (Business, IT & Clinical)

Collaboration with: 

Internal: All Staff & BoDs  
External: Members, Investors/Promoters, Vendors, Market Representatives & Other Stakeholders  Grade:  

Overall responsibilities: 

This position is responsible for managing the Clinical Administrative Coordinator functions of the  company.  

Specific Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Developing, organizing and coordinating Clinical Acquisition campaigns and other clinical  collaborative activities. 
  • Correspond with team of clinical Acquisition and Liaison with friendly work attitude 
  • Correspond with Doctors and other health related personnel  
  • Plan, organize, execute, monitor and report clinical liaison 
  • Develop reports and provide to line manager 
  • Write contents or articles on organized campaigns, events, and products and services. 
  • Work closely or in collaboration with health care providers (e.g. hospital, clinic, dental, lab,  ambulance, etc…) and professionals (e.g. doctors, nurses, etc…) 
  • Disseminate information to employees (team) regarding emergency services and situations 
  • Communicating and coordinating with the team to deliver great customer experiences on clinical  services. 
  • Support Medicos and acquisition team to achieve goals including acquisition targets.
  • Should adhere to line manager’s tasks, goals, plans and any activities assigned in relation to  Clinical Acquisition and Liaison. 
  • May have to facilitate the engagement of the acquisition team with new potential and already  available clinical clients/organizations to bring high standard and wider range of clinical services. 
  • Develop and maintain PR with all potential clients and organizations 
  • Coordinate acquisition cycle and clinical activities as confirmed by the line manager. 
  • Identify and report gaps between internal acquisition team and external health providers
  • Develop and maintain useful contacts for carrying out campaigns, events and business  developing activities. 
  • Maintain clients profile and documentations 
  • Conducting campaigns and activities audit, and reporting to the line manager 
  • Should learn in-depth knowledge of products and services of the company 
  • Cross functional (such as different departments) communication and teamwork
