About the job

Job Purpose: 

The purpose of the Client Service Officer is to ensure exceptional client satisfaction by understanding and gathering client requirements, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally, and providing regular updates on project status to ensure high-quality service. The officer should possess strong communication and negotiation skills and will be responsible for setting up a strong network with the clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Understand client’s needs and gather requirements accordingly.
  • Respond to the inquiries of the clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on project status.
  • Maintain accurate client records and generate reports.
  • Report to the marketing manager and work with team members to provide seamless service delivery.
  • Execute and deliver the required project within the stated time frame.
  • Maintain the task record of projects in Odoo and track project success accordingly.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors in marketing or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of marketing practices and principles.
  • Proficient in office productivity software. 
  • The position may demand the employee to travel occasionally across the country.
  • Must be a team player and demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of marketing is preferable.
  • Must have strong communication skills.
