Role Description: We are seeking a full-time on-site Client Services Manager. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional digital marketing solutions. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed client requirements and expectations.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and the agency team.
  • Break down client briefs and work harmoniously with the agency’s internal design and media teams.
  • Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the organization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to devise campaigns that meet the client's brief and budget, and monitor the effectiveness of the campaign.
  • Monitor work progress and maintain contact with clients at all stages.
  • Present campaign ideas and budgets to clients, manage campaign costs, and invoice clients.
  • Brief teams of creative and research staff and assist with the formulation of digital marketing strategies.
  • Maintain existing clients and work on market expansion.

Job Specifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of recent and latest trends in digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Skills in Client Services, Business Relationship Management, and Client Relations.
  • Customer satisfaction and analytical skills.
  • Experience of 2 years on the related field.
  • Bachelors Degree in the related field.
