The group represents leading accountancy and advisory firms with two offices in the city of London (UK) and branches in Dubai (UAE) , Kathmandu (Nepal) and Siliguri (India).(We serve clients from more than 57 countries with total assets under our accounting is over USD 5 billion.)

All the work would be for the UK and international clients. You will have to work closely with our team in London and clients based in the UK and various countries around the globe. So, you will get exceptional international exposure.

Job Description

We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team in Kathmandu. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling client inquiries and concerns, processing service requests, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client queries accurately and in a friendly manner.
  • Follow up with potential customers/leads to track the progress of proposals.
  • Develop a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments and share best practices within the team.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, the service delivery team, and the sales team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Track client satisfaction and collect feedback to improve the onboarding process.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Create a positive and seamless onboarding experience to support long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a master’s degree in any specialisation.
  • Experience in a client-facing role is an advantage.
  • Strong client service and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Prior experience in sales, especially with a UK-based company, is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of finance.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
