Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Client Service Officers (Night Shift). This role involves handling client applications, providing exceptional service, and supporting our operations for clients in the USA.

This position is ideal for candidates who are flexible, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a dynamic international environment. The role can be done remotely initially, with the possibility of office-based work later.

Key Responsibilities:

Process applications on behalf of clients from submission to settlement (for clients in the USA)
Communicate and coordinate with other organizations on behalf of clients
Provide excellent customer service to clients at all times
Enter data accurately, maintaining close attention to detail daily
Maintain constant communication with the supervisor
Take additional responsibilities as and when required
Adapt to changes in workflow and handle last-minute client requirements professionally

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:More than 21 years

Other Specification

Education & Experience:

Minimum Intermediate (Plus2); Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Presentation, listening, and cold-calling skills
Problem-solving and a solution-focused mindset
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize workload
Ability to work night shift (8:45 PM – 5:15 AM; CST 9 AM – 5 PM)
Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously to meet deadlines

System Requirements:

Personal Laptop or Desktop
Headset and webcam

Note: Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Offered Salary: Training period (Approx 3 months) for Nrs. 22,500 and after the training period, Nrs. 30,000 plus bonuses.

Job location: This position could be worked from home temporarily, but should be done from the office later if required.
