About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to join our team at Adbhud Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing client accounts, onboarding new clients, driving revenue growth and responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic marketing plans ensuring the delivery of high-quality advertising solutions.

Responsibilities as Client Servicing Executive:

  • Manage to be a bridge between clients and the agency team
  • Breakdown the brief from the client, prepare creative briefs as per the meeting minutes with the client and work in harmony with the agency’s internal team – creative, content and media buying
  • Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the advertising agency
  • Working with colleagues to devise campaigns that meets the client's brief, budget and monitoring the effectiveness of the campaign.
  • Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with clients at all stages
  • Maintaining excellent rapport with media, release agencies and other extended partners such a production houses, recording studios, Voiceover Artists, Influencers, Fabricators and BTL Vendors for effective collaborations.
  • Presenting the campaign ideas internally as well as to the client, budget to the client, managing campaign costs, Keeping track of all clients marketing activities, invoicing clients and also ask for payments.
  • Working with the media buying, creative and content team and assisting with the formulation of brand communication and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain excellent rapport with existing clients as well as pitch new brands for the agency's market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to onboard new clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized advertising strategies.
  • Develop and Maintain excellent rapport with advertising stakeholders such as media, celebrities, production houses, voicover artists, Influencers, recording studios and vendors like sound, flex, billboards and so on for perfect execution of the advertising projects of the clients.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase agency revenue through upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the agency’s service offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets set by the agency.
  • Mentor and guide junior client servicing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide strategic input during creative brainstorming sessions and campaign development.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a 2 wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing client accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, team members and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of the Nepalese advertising market and consumer behavior.
