Roles and responsibilities of this job

A client relationship officer, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our client accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency have to work for IT and Health sector.

Responsibilities:

Manage calls, email and generate sales leads
Developing and implementing strategies to grow the client base
Creating and forwarding proposals for potential clients
Follow up time to time and schedule appointment with potential clients
Building positive relationships with clients
Identifying and communicating client needs
Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries and maintain high client satisfaction
Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and file documents
Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Client Relationship Officer Requirements:

Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Management/IT
Minimum experience of 1 year work in related field
Proficient in MS Office software package
