Job Description

Coordinate marketing, sales, and services of aesthetics team
Professionally represent the the Doctors Clinic Aesthetics to the client
Coordinate with doctor
Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends in aesthetics
Instruct patients on pre and post
Care treatment precautions
Experience in social media marketing to include Facebook, Instagram
Responsible for aesthetic public relations in the local community
Communicate orally and in writing with employers and clinic staff about Aesthetic, contracts, protocols, regulations, promotions where applicable
Develop and maintain records, logs, files, inventory systems
Collect and analyze data and provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ensure that applicable records are complete, accurate, secure and readily available
Work as a team member within the Aesthetics department and all other departments
Document work processes as required
