  • Develop new business opportunities by promoting Rojgari Services' recruitment and job posting solutions to targeted accounts and potential clients.
  • Deliver clear and engaging sales presentations and service demonstrations via phone calls, online meetings, or in-person visits tailored to client needs.
  • Identify potential leads through research, cold calling, and networking to connect with decision-makers who can benefit from our services.
  • Follow up consistently with clients to address inquiries, provide additional information, and guide sales discussions toward successful closures.
  • Assist clients in navigating our job portal, ensuring they can post vacancies and access services effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Recruitment and Job Matching, to ensure high-quality service delivery throughout client engagements.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve sales and service targets regularly by adhering to company processes and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Share market insights and collaborate with colleagues to resolve client issues and support team objectives.
