Job Description

CoPenned is actively recruiting Client Managers. The ideal candidate would be a female candidate who is a self-starter, quick learner, comfortable in working in a team while overseeing the routine tasks and achieving the set milestones in the specific time frame.

About the Company

We are an organization that has created a formidable team of fifty plus members. Our core area of expertise lies in data analytics and custom engineering design and documentation to tailor the need of our customers. Our office is located at Sinchahiti Complex, near Lagankhel/Gwarko (opposite of NIMS College), Lalitpur.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve set sales goals by adopting a performance-driven strategy under the leadership of the concerned department head.
  • Adequate, efficient, and routine building of sales prospects through the prescribed medium.
  • Understand the business needs and work in unison with other team members to achieve the required outcome.
  • Updating oneself routinely on new solutions offered by the company with the intention to effectively present the solutions to the potential client.
  • Communicate with the client on a daily basis and maintain the client process from the prospect stage to final work delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field with strong oral and written communication skills. Candidates pursuing Master's degree would be highly preferred.
  • Experience as a front desk officer, salesperson or previous work in Educational Consultancies would be a strong plus point.
  • Ability to adjust, work collaboratively and lead a team with potential leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other Office Software Systems.
  • Female candidates with the ability to commit long term to the company are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication/ correspondence skills.
  • You will require to use your own laptop.
