Job Description

CoPenned is actively recruiting Client Managers. The ideal candidate for this position would be a self-starter, quick learner, comfortable in working in a team while overseeing the routine tasks and achieving the set milestones in the specific time frame.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve set sales goals by adopting a performance-driven strategy under the leadership of the concerned department head.
  • Adequate, efficient, and routine building of sales prospects through the prescribed medium.
  • Understand the business needs and work in unison with other team members to achieve the required outcome.
  • Updating oneself routinely on new solutions offered by the company with the intention to effectively present the solutions to the potential client.
  • Communicate with the client on a daily basis and maintain the client process from the prospect stage to final work delivery.
Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience as a front desk officer, salesperson or previous work in Educational Consultancies would be a strong plus point.
  • Ability to lead a team with potential leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Office Software Systems.
  • Female candidates with the ability to commit long term to the company are encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge of Ms Word & Excel, Able to Read, Write and Speak English Confidently.

Remuneration    

The selected candidate would be provided with a base salary and performance-based commission on a monthly cycle.

Work hour: 7 AM to 3 PM //  1 PM to 8 PM
