Aligned Community Care Pty Ltd is a Disability Support Company that provides service in Australia. We are in the course of establishing an offshore office in Nepal to handle client case management.

We have a current vacancy for 6 Client Case Management Officers (CCMO).

Each Client Case Management Officer looks after a caseload of 10 to 15 disability clients.
The Client Case Manager supervises CCMOs, ensures the duties are completed regularly, and reports to the senior management team.
