• Responsible for managing school’s cleaning sister assigned to school buildings, auditorium and school area
• Regular inspection on the facility to determine any unusual or recurring work that needs to be done, such as floor cleaning, light fixtures or cleaning furniture, carpets and maintain a checklist of everyday cleaning tasks
• Allocate chores to workers and inspect work afterwards to ensure it is performed to meet standards
• Train, supervise, guide, and discipline cleaning service staff to guarantee overall performance
• Setting up meetings and communicating relevant information to the staff, directing and scheduling staff in their work assignments
• Carry out pre-event inspections of all assigned areas before official opening to ensure cleanliness of areas, ensure employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their role
• Maintain enough supplies and inventory of cleaning products by making reorders when necessary, manage every incident, reporting them without delay and taking remedial action where necessary, scheduling payroll administrator to make sure that all staffing needs are covered
• Keep close interaction, communication, and coordination with the Front Office and other departments
