Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop detailed designs and plans for building structures, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Co-ordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety and durability of structures.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Implement and oversee Quality Control processes to ensure high standards of construction.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.
Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and documentation for all project phases.
Maintain accurate records of all project activities and communications.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on building/construction/structural projects.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
