Job Description

Develop a monthly project schedule and resource plan, including materials, equipment, and manpower allocation, at the start of each month.
Formulate construction methodologies for the projects and ensure that construction activities adhere to the established plans on-site.
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of design, drawings, and other pertinent documents provided by clients.
Ensure that all on-site activities conform to the 'Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Works' published by the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport in Nepal.
Provide project activity updates to senior staff.
Offer technical support and guidance to the project team as needed to address challenges and maintain project quality.
Verify the accuracy of payment certificates, price escalation calculations, and variation orders prepared by site engineers.
Act as a representative of the firm in meetings and discussions with clients, stakeholders, and other project-related parties.
Facilitate communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders to address any project-related issues promptly.
Maintain meticulous records of official project documents for future reference and auditing purposes.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and address any on-site concerns.
Create contract documents for tender bids and possess a strong understanding of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO).
