• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications – 2D and structural
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
• Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs for construction
• Prepare Bill of Quantities for each project and cross verify BoQs prepared by subordinates and clients
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required, to the regulators and clients
• Prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies; assembling data.
• Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs  
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
• Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
• Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding staffs and operators.
• Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.
• Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Innovate and accelerate construction and project design through research and trial
