• Should have knowledge of AutoCAD, drawing drafting. 
• Prepare working drawings as and when necessary.
  
• Should be able to visit the Site as required.
• Should have knowledge of Rate analysis of Civil Items.
• Independently handle the building related project specially in BOQ preparation works.
• Should be able to prepare the running bill.
