  • Having experience in construction of Hotel finishing works will be  highly preferred
  • Specialized in building  
  • Should have good communication skill with convincing power
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers
  • The ability to cope under pressure

Job Description

  • Establish clear ownership for housing finishing stage tasks
  • Ability in task planning, scheduling and implementation
  • Coordinate and facilitate the task assigned properly and timely
  • Track progress and review tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately
  • Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals
  • Proactively communicates projects status, issues & risk management
  • Other duties as assigned
