Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

BE Civil, having at least 3 years of working experience as a Civil Engineer in Building Construction
Should have good knowledge of the construction of various components of the building
Knowledge of different construction technology, techniques, and methods
Experience in managing the day to day activities of the construction site
Ability to properly explain design and drawings
Should have good knowledge of annual price variations in the market
Ability to monitor construction jobs strictly as per approved design and drawings
Ability to measure and value the work done on site with accuracy
Excellent Supervising, Team working and communication skills
Excellent Numerical skills
Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
Should have good knowledge of Auto Cad, estimation and costing
Candidate must have very good knowledge about preparing the bills for the construction project

Working hour: 10am-5pm

Note:

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Should have completed B.E Civil
Experience in related field for minimum 4 years
Possess good leadership quality
Commanding skills in MS Office Packages, Tendering procedures and Construction norms and laws and computational techniques
Knowledge of Auto-CAD and structural design software
Should have good knowledge in Building Construction
Can perform the work under high pressure
