Job Title: Chinese Language Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage daily live video lessons with interactive content.
• Create daily PowerPoint presentations (PPT) for live classes.
• Research and develop real-life examination simulation model sets for students to practice real exams through our application.
• Conduct daily live classes according to students' preferred times.
• Design and develop PPTs for each live class session.
• Research opportunities in the Chinese language field in Nepal and establish connections with related institutions or agencies.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring timely delivery, and monitor development schedules.
• Manage and coordinate live session schedules and track participant progress.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and optimize features of interactive tools for live sessions.
• Design a full course work plan with a focus on progressive student learning (including course title, duration, level, target audience, and examination preparation).
• Ensure seamless integration of live sessions into the overall curriculum.
• Plan, implement, and monitor student assessments to track progress and adjust content as needed.
• Prepare monthly overall reports (e.g., student engagement, interaction, and live class participation).

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSK Level 5 certification, preferably TCSOL (Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages).
• Full-time teacher status.
• A minimum of 1 year teaching experience.
