Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Commi Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine. The Commi Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation. They will also assist with menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. 

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commi Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
