Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE) Specialist (1 Position)

The incumbent will lead the CPiE programme for Plan International’s Emergency Response. She/He is responsible and accountable for the assessment, programme design, supporting fundraising, reporting and evaluation, providing effective technical support to the programme and capacity building of partners and staff as required; and representing Plan in cluster meetings, other national level forums including the government. 

 

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences or related equivalent field.At least five (5) years of working experience at a senior level in the thematic sector, ideally at a national level; demonstrated experience in programme design and capacity building of the sector. Strong leadership, team management and team working skills, interpersonal skills, technology savvy, and excellent written and oral communication skills especially in English essential.

 

Term and Location: This position is initially upto 31st October, 2015 and are extendable based on organization’s needs. The position is based on Country Office, Lalitpur.
