Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE) Coordinator (4 Positions)

The incumbent is responsible for coordinating assessment and implementation of the child protection components of Plan’s emergency response programme of the assigned districts in line with the overall programme design for the sector. Ensuring quality in the implementation by providing on-site technical support to partner and their staff; She/He will need to take active role in technical co-ordination, support and advocacy with the stakeholders and technical agencies relevant to the sector in the district level.

 

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences or related field with at least three (3) years of working experience in the similar role, preferably in an INGO or Aid agencies. Experience of working in grants funded project and working with partner are preferable. Good interpersonal skills, technology savvy, and excellent written and oral communication skills especially in English are essential requirement of the position. 

 

Term and Location:  This position is initially upto 31st October, 2015 and are extendable based on organization’s needs. The position is based on Sindhupalchok/ Dolakha/ Makwanpur/ Sindhuli.
