Since 2010 we are leading distributor of Ophthalmic equipment like: Phaco and Vitreoretinal machines, Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT), Operating Microscopes, Dry Eye Machine, Ophthalmic Simulator, Ophthalmic Lasers, Slit lamps, Ultrasound AB-scan units, Lensometer, Keratometer, Ophthalmoscopes, Retinoscopes, etc. dealing with major brands such as: Oertli, Heidelberg, Leica, Oculus, Lightmed, Accutome, & many more products launched recently such as HOYA premium IOL in Nepal.

Job Description

Reports to: Director

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing different functions (Administration, Sales/Marketing, Accounting, Distribution, Procurement) of the business to work together.
  • Responsible for checking, responding and managing emails from clients, assigned to responsible departments, track the progress and make sure the work is effectively done. 
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing advance orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Review and approve all invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
  • Follow up regularly with clients, assign tasks to responsible authority to receive payments in a timely manner. 
  • Proactively check tenders, proposals, bids, and quotations, from prospective clients.
  • Prepare response documents to tenders proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products in response to requests from prospective clients.
  • Manages and meets proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for proposal. 
  • Arrange travel and accommodations to the technical team working out station for delivery, installation and support of equipment. 
  • Help the team to track the dispatch of equipment and ensure the delivery of equipment from clients. 
  • Assign after sales service requests from client to the responsible technical team and track the progress of the service request. 
  • Supporting the Director or executive team’s vision and process ideals.
  • Building relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met, they are satisfied with products provided by the company and discuss opportunities further
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to the responsible team, also proactively take the responsibility to complete the task if the team is not available or involved in other projects.
