We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer to oversee and optimize the daily operations of Waldo Dynasty Entertainment Casino. The COO will play a critical leadership role in ensuring operational excellence across all gaming and hospitality functions, driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in casino or hospitality management and a passion for delivering world-class entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all day-to-day casino operations, including table games and slot machines
Ensure smooth operations with high standards of service and efficiency
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and profitability
Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal policies, and safety standards
Lead, supervise, and develop departmental teams
Enhance guest experience and maintain service excellence
Coordinate with senior management on strategic planning and execution
Oversee risk management, security, and internal control processes

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
3–4 years of experience in the casino industry in a leadership or similar position
Strong knowledge of casino operations, including baccarat, blackjack, poker, and slot machines
Proven leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of regulatory compliance
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
