Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking visionary and result-oriented Chief Marketing Officers (CMO) to lead our marketing team and drive strategic brand growth. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, market expansion, and digital transformation to strengthen the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead the marketing team to achieve sales, growth, and brand visibility targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
Oversee digital marketing, advertising campaigns, public relations, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Provide strategic insights to senior management for decision-making and business planning.
Mentor and guide team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Other Specification

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and branding.
Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
