Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership to join our team at K.S. Construction. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in our organization's success by providing financial leadership and strategic planning in the construction and real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and implement the financial strategy of the organization.
Oversee and manage the financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections.
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement in profitability and efficiency.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to safeguard the company's financial assets.
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals to support the company's goals and objectives.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 10 years

Other Specification

Master's (Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration) or Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of driving financial growth and success.

Note:

Salaries and perks shall be negotiable as per company rules.
Preference will be given to candidates with a strong finance background in the construction or infrastructure industry.
