• Responsible for all issues related to finance & accounting function. Provide leadership and
  
• Strategic direction to the Company. Evaluate the financial aspects of Company’s business
  
• Performance to shape future direction and enhance shareholder value. Monitor and ensure
  
• That the accounting & finance function of branches & business units are in line with
  
• Established guidelines and adherence to local regulatory requirements. Ensure timely
  
• Reporting to management, regulator & other external agencies as may be required. Establish
  
• Good relationship with the regulator, external auditors, tax authorities, rating agencies, and other
  
• xternal agencies as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field preferably in insurance sector
  
• Strong knowledge of Financial/Accounting Principles and Standards
  
• Well acquainted with regulator’s directives
  
• Compliance/ legal and regulatory knowledge
