Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join our rapidly growing large team of young and talented individuals.

As the CFO, you will be a key partner to the Managing Directors in the development and execution of Company’s financial and business strategy. You will provide expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership, and with your robust accounting background and understanding of risk, you will establish a secure internal control environment for financial reporting. The CFO will also play a critical role in aligning our investments for the short term, working to find levers that positively impact the overall growth of the business to hit its long-term financial goals.

Under your leadership will be the Financial Operations, Commercial Finance, Reporting, and Taxation teams. You will report directly to the local Managing Directors, with a dotted line to our Group CFO.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and scale the company’s financial and operational infrastructure required to meet performance goals and targets, within established budgets and timescales
  • Monitor the financial accounting and reporting systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure data updated as required in the ERP
  • Ensure that the company remains compliant with financial and corporate regulations, and liaise with auditors, banks, and vendors as required
  • Work in collaboration with the Group CFO and Managing Directors on key initiatives related to financial reporting consistency, fluctuation, and business trend analysis
  • As part of our executive team, provide advice on key areas such as product investment, contract structure and terms, partnership structure and financials, operational efficiency and compensation
  • Improve FP&A processes, financial performance reporting against company targets and goals, and conduct reviews for cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities
  • Analyze economic, legal and market trends, keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
  • Supervise the implementation of digital payment gateways and oversee non-trade payments
  • Liaison with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as required
  • Support MDs on preparing business plans and developing strategies for growth
  • Supervise the implementation of digital payments and deal with various payment partners
