Aadar Multi Investment Co. Ltd is seeking applications from highly motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented Nepalese citizens for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). 

Educational Requirements, Professional Experience:

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA), Finance, Economics, Investment. Management or professional qualifications such as CFA, CA from a recognized educational institution.
  • Or a strong background in civil engineering or real estate development with an MBA. • Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, investment or real estate, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior- Executive Role.
  • Proven leadership in formulating and implementing business strategies, policies and procedures with experience in managing complex operations and driving organizational growth.
  • Proven experience in raising capital through multiple channels (banks, private equity, institutional investors, IPOS, etc.)
  • Leadership experience in handling high-value projects.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, permits and approval.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability. • Develop and roll out fund requirement plan and funding strategies
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Formulate policies and standard operating procedures for running operations to de-risk financial and other transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, regulators and industry partners.
  • Establish a system of monthly reporting to the board members on the status, challenges and mitigation plan of the project.
